Saint -clean sock hop to honor Louis Louis – Wibw

Topeka, Kan. (Wibw) – Get your sweetie and dance at night with Topeka Shriners.

Their event distinguishes local radio legend Louis Louis.

John Sidwell, with the Arabian sanctuary of Topeka, visited NO Kansas’s eye to share information about their Hop & Sweetheart sock dance.

Sidwell said that when the organization plans for the event, they booked Louis Constantino for their Deejay. Louis was well known around Northeast Kansas for his radio shows, spinning the old ones.

When Louis Louis died last fall, Sriers decided to take the event to him.

The dance of Sock Hop & Sweetheart takes place from 7 to 10 pm Saturday, February 15, in the Arab sanctuary in Topeka, 1305. S. Kansas Avenue.
