Red velvet │shaver theater
After the famous actor Edmund Keane collapses on stage as he plays Othello, the young African actor Ira Aldridge should rise to the challenge of playing the title role.
Based on a true story, Lolita Chakrarti’s Red velvet follows the rise of Oldridge to Glory, as he takes on the role of Othello in the height of slavery and the movement of the cancellation of 1833 among this chaos, how society will react to the presentation of Aldridge? The remaining dates of the show will start at 7:30 pm, with the show on Sunday, February 16, starting at 2:00 pm

February 13-15
SEUSKA │ abundant life church
Check out your favorite D -R SEUS characters come to life in this musical ideal of all ages. Join the cat in the hat as he accepts the imaginary Jojo adventure through Whoville, the Nool Jungle and others to learn the value of being unique. The shows will be held on 13 to 14 February from 7:00 pm and 15 February at 10:00 and 15:00

District 3: DOOM requisition Studio Theater
Located in an idealized suburban neighborhood, this play follows concerned parents as their teenagers are looking to grow more and more addicted to a new video game of horror.
The game, placed in a suburban division, ominously similar to their own, players are fighting hordes of zombies to escape from the neighborhood. As teens are becoming more and more nasty than the game, the virtual world and the reality they live in, they begin to merge together. Quarter 3 was written by Jennifer Haley and directed by Ethan Hood. The show will start at 7:30 pm, with the show on Sunday, February 23, starting at 2 pm.

February 19-23
Nifty Fifti Nutcracker │ Hopkins Black Box
This retelling of the “hazelnut” of the 50s of the last century by Jessica Kintai follows Mary Stalberg and her new doll as they travel in the world of television, full of nostalgia in the 50s. Visit the Hopkins Black Box Website to book your seats. The show will start at 7:30 pm, with the show on Sunday, February 23, starting at 2:30 pm.

February 22
CCT in a concert: Movies Night │ Church for abundance
Check out this premiere for just one day of CCT in Concert: A Night at the Movies. This concert, suitable for the family, includes a variety of songs from favorite film music. This show only works overnight and will start at 19:00

March 7-23
Xanadu Baton Rouge Theater
Love, Greek mythology and soundtrack directly from the 1980s everyone has been confronted with this Broadway blow when Kira, a Greek muse, encourages the struggling artist Soni Malone to leave his dumb work and open a disco for rollers. Filled with neon lights and disco balls, this musical will surely make you dance! The musical will start at 7:30 pm (Sunday, 9, 16 and 23 March will start at 14:00).

Notre Daming Sullivan theater
This scene adaptation of Disney’s animated film follows Quasimodo, the deformed bell of Notre Dame Cathedral, and his desire to explore the world that has been hidden throughout his life. Along the way, he meets the beautiful Romanesque woman Esmeralda, who teaches him that true beauty lies inside. The musical will start at 7:30 pm, with the show on Sunday, March 16 and 23, starting at 2 pm. This show is evaluated PG-13.
