2026 RB Walker talks about West Virginia – West Virginia Football

Georgetown (Texas) 2026, running back Jet Walker did not know what to expect when he first talked to the coach of the West Virginia, who moves back Chad Scott.

The couple first discussed the history of the school and the latest changes to the campus coach, but then Scott gave Walker some news that it was not necessarily to expect when he expanded a scholarship proposal.

“The offer for Western Virginia was definitely a big deal for me because it is a big school and a great coach gave me the opportunity,” he said.

Scott is aimed at Walker like a rotating back who wants to play at the college level, although some programs talk to him about potentially arranging the line player.

Last season, he rushed to 2348 yards and 38 touchdowns, while an average of over 10 yards per transfer.

“Coach Scott just told me that he liked my elite speed and combining size,” he said.

Walker already knew that the mountaineers were in the conference of the big 12, the fact that the program had created some talented players over the years.

But now he hopes to reach Morgantown at a time either in the spring or in the summer to look at the school closely. Walker is in the process of trying to find out exactly where he will visit.

The Texas born wants to find a school that offers a chance to play big football and surround himself with great field coaches, as well as strong educational opportunities from him.

“A place I can get a good degree,” he said.
