The Philadelphia Eagles and Cincinnati Bengals are looking to make it three straight in Week 8.

Eagles wide receiver AJ Brown returned two weeks ago against the Browns and didn’t miss a beat. Find out why my Eagles vs. Bengals predictions expect Brown to pile up the receiving yards again in my top NFL picks for Sunday, Oct. 27.

Kickoff is set for 1:00 PM ET from Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, with the game televised on CBS. Plus, don’t miss our favorite Eagles vs. Bengals props!

Eagles vs Bengals predictions and picks

Distribution

The Eagles have only two losses this season and one was a last-minute collapse against the Falcons for a one-point loss. They are healthy now and should be able to cover +2.5 if not win outright.

Money line

The Birds are off to a 48-19 start in their last two games. They cruised to wins in Brazil, New Orleans and New York this season. They deserve a +120 hit.

Over/Under

Both defenses have struggled recently, with the Eagles allowing 19 points over the past two weeks and the Bengals allowing 21. Despite what may appear to be a high-scoring affair between Jalen Hurts and Joe Burrow, I’d pick the Under 48 here

My best bet for Eagles vs. Bengals

AJ Brown Over 75.5 receiving yards (-115 at BetMGM)

My analysis

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver AJ Brown is one of the best at his position in the NFL. He’s only played in three games this season due to a hamstring injury, but he’s easily eclipsed that 75.5-yard mark in all of them.

Brown opened the season with 119 yards on five catches in Brazil and has totaled 205 yards on 11 catches over the last two weeks. He has a decent matchup this week against a Cincinnati Bengals secondary that has been victimized by top receivers this season.

The Bengals are in the bottom half of the league in passing yards per game with 217 so far this season. And that includes games against weak offenses like the Panthers, Giants and Browns.

Even with those softer opponents, the Bengals have allowed over 75.5 receiving yards per wideout in four of their seven games this season. Rashee Rice just missed the mark by 75 yards in Week 2, then Terry McLaurin (100 yards), Diontae Johnson (83), Zay Flowers (111) and Cedric Tillman (81) all surpassed it in four of the next five weeks.

Brown will get his fair share of targets in the Birds’ offense and may even make the most of them if he doesn’t. Given the game scenario last week in a 28-3 win at the Meadowlands, Brown caught all five targets for 89 yards, including a 41-yard touchdown.

Get Brown to go over 75.5 receiving yards one more time this season and I wouldn’t mind taking that to 100+ yards.

Saquon Barkley’s all-time touchdown

Eagles money line

Saquon Barkley has been a revelation for the Eagles this season. The former Giants running back joined Philadelphia this offseason and he has been fantastic in Philly. He ran for a touchdown last week to snap a two-game hitting streak, and the Bengals have allowed a running back to score in six of their seven games this season.

The Eagles are getting healthy and may have turned the corner with a blowout win last week. Let’s take them as the final stage to get to that +400 price.
