Plain City – Skyler Orton Basketball and Syracuse Boys are ready to have fun.

To give up a loss of 48 points to Davis on the road last week was a little more than waking up the Titans needed, but bounce back 68-52 in Fremont on Tuesday night is a step in the right direction with just another date of regular season before the following brackets are announced on Saturday.

Orton wanted his team to “come hot” and the 22 points of a junior player are certainly indicative of such intentions. Another 16 points from Senior Point Guardian Bradley Treho introduced into the Titans (10-12, 3-6 region 1) for the first time from January 21st against Fremont (5-17, 1-8) at home.

“After Davis’s game, we were all quite upset,” Orton said. “We just wanted to get in and beat them really bad.”

Both units came in the evening with the Big Big Robinson Robinson of Syracuse and Zack Hancock from Fremont-but Fremont especially missed the senior Masters Masters, after ahead of 6-core-3 attacking the first quarter with an apparent arm injury. Turning to Senior Ben Calvert, Silveruulus slowed Syracuse’s jump in the second quarter down eight.

Senior Eston Duft (17 points) and junior Cam Campbell (13 points) brought a balance to Fremont’s crime with the nine points of the second quarter of Campbell, shaving the titans’ lead to four before the break.

Fremont’s head coach Corey Melanie praised his elderly for a strong first -half display, but was disappointed with the handling of his group of Syracuse’s numerous threats in the third quarter, which ultimately condemned their chances.

“I thought the second quarter was fantastic,” Melanie said. “For their merit, they did the pressure and made us pay. They finished around the rim, and we didn’t. They played an exceptional second half and fired the ball well. “

A block of senior Fremont Dylan Bruce will probably be Silverwolves’ lonely protective accent from the third quarter, as Senior Hudson Hes has increased a 10-point lead with six minutes left. Calvert also gathered a bucket at the end of the third, but it won’t be a 4-0-ray match from Orton to keep his country 15 to the fourth quarter.

Orton said the meeting of the half -time dressing room on Tuesday, led by Syracuse’s chief coach Greg Goddder, assured that he and his teammates for the work. On Friday, the Titans are welcomed to Farmington on a senior night.

“We all gathered through this second (half) and played as a family,” Orton said. “The half time we just got together and told ourselves what we should work for.”

Melanie and the company are now looking forward to Leighton on Thursday in one last competition for a regular season before the playoffs. Substured after five consecutive losses, Melanie said his group had the spine to win, but admitted that the results were returning to it.

“They are a hardworking, high character of the sign,” Melanie said. “They raised the team every day, so we had great practices. I can’t remember bad practice. … We just have to do better work by putting them in a better position to succeed. “
