The 19-year-old accused of killing capital in the death of a man from Birmingham who was expecting a first child- al.com

The suspect has been accused of the September death of the death of a 26-year-old man in Southwestern Birmingham.

Deon Saki Harley, 19, was accused of killing Capital at the death of Isaiah’s shooting Tyson Anthony.

Anthony, who family said he was expecting his first child in the coming months, was found unanswered shortly after 5pm September 2024 in the 1700 block of Avenue Laurel SW SW SW

The Birmingham Fire Department and Rescue Service declared him dead in place.

At that time, police said the preliminary investigation suggested that the victim was involved in a verbal dispute with an unknown suspect before fatal shots were fired.

The suspect disappeared at the time when the officers reached the place.

Authorities have not disclosed a motive or have said why the prosecution is a capital crime.

Harley of Birmingham has been in jail of Jefferson County on February 2 on unrelated accusations of first -degree murder and robbery.

It is held without connection.
