Arrest made in connection with deadly firing on North 15th Street in Baton Rouge – WAFB

Baton Rouge, La. (WAFB) – Police said they had arrested in connection with a deadly firing on North 15th Street in Baton Rouge.

According to Baton Rouge police, 39-year-old Brandon Robinson has been charged with first-degree murder.

Police said the shooting happened at about 11:15 pm on Monday, January 13th.

The 30 -year -old Tayeesha Brani was injured in the shooting and later died of her injuries. She was a beloved employee in the mother’s salon in the center of Baton Rouge.

Robinson was booked at the parish prison in East Baton Rouge.
