Former Seattle Marinrs All-Star Ty France signs a 1-year deal with Minnesota Gemini-Sports Illustrated

Seattle Marinrs will have to stand up and go through many well -known faces throughout the league if they hope to return to the playoffs. And one of these familiar faces has just found a new home in the central part of the American League.

Former All-Star Ty-Star Ty France has signed a one-year deal with the twins in Minnesota, in anticipation of physical and will be added to the list of 40 people. The report came through Phil Miller to the star of Minnesota.

Tai France has been an important part of Seattle’s list for several seasons before his term of office with the organization ended in 2024.

The first founder played the better part of five years in the Pacific northwest of 2020-2024. During this time he made the All-Star game in 2022. The same season Mariners broke their 21-year-old playoff land.

France hit the .274 with 20 home tracks and 83 RBI this season. Throughout his stay in Seattle, France beats .266 with 60 homes and 258 RBI in 561 games.

After down 2024, France’s time with the sailors ended. The organization appointed it as an assignment before trading it with the Reds in Cincinnati on July 29th.

France played well in 52 games with the Reds. He struck .251 with five homes and 20 RBI to close the year.

France may be in line with the competition of twins on the first base. The position was released by another former Seattle player, Carlos Santana, who signed with the guardians in Cleveland in the extra -season. France will have to compete with Jose Miranda and Edward Julien for the position.
