Nostalgia awaits: emblematic stores for Westgate Amarillo Mall Still Missing – Etsn.fm

If you have not lived in Amaril for a very long time, you may not realize that we have ever had two malls. Yes, we did it. We could run to Western Plaza to make our shopping or go to Westgate Mall. Damn, some days we’ll have to run both.

Then over the years we lost Western Plaza. First, they tried to run with it, adding Graham’s central station as a last effort. Then they just closed and knocked the whole mall. In its place is the western intersection.

Amarilo comes down to a mole

It consists of many restaurants, shopping places and even a hotel or two. Not the mall that was once in his place. So the only real shopping mall that Amarillo still has is Westgate Mall.

It is still going, but a person who thinks back and experiences all the great places they once called Westgate Mall. It’s crazy how years changed our mall. We had many shops. We were lucky to have some good restaurants to add to the choice of a food court. Even the food court has had some major changes over the years.

We can go there to catch a movie or even play a circle of golf lights. Yes, Westgate Mall has changed over the years. A. How do I miss the days I was dropping into the mall with maybe $ 20 and a day of shopping in front of me.
