51 -year -old Olivia Miller, identified as a victim of Southwestern firearms of Topeka – Topeka’s Sofia position

The 51 -year -old Olivia Miller of Topeka was a victim of a firefighter made on Friday morning at a 2700 block of Swarnett Road, police in Topeka said on Saturday.

29-year-old Devin M. Miller of Topeka was detained in connection with one first-degree murder and two charges for a aggravated battery, said Lieutenant Ed Stanley of the Police Department in Topeka.

Police had not said whether Olivia Miller and Devin Miller were linked to each other.

Another two people were injured in firing

Olivia Miller was found died at the scene after police were called at about 7:30 am on Friday at the scene of shooting, Stanley said.

The other two people remained alive after being found injured in this block and taken to a hospital in Topeka, he said. Their names, gender and ages were not publicly announced.

Olivia Miller was the first victim of Topeka’s murder this year, Stanley said.
