By james art BREC hosted its Halloween event, Full Moon Celebration, at Independence Community Park and Liberty Lagoon. Including a trunk or treat, games, characters and even a pumpkin. Also on hand was the Michael Foster Project and several food vendors for an evening of fun for all.
