Third Arrest made in connection with deadly firing at McDonald’s – WAFB

Baton Rouge, La. (WAFB)-three people are behind bars about the murder of a 22-year-old man at a fast food restaurant in Baton Rouge.

According to Baton Rouge Police Department, Brandon Graham, Jr., 19 -year -old, Melvin Robinson -Jr., 33, and Jonathan Williams, 19 were arrested for their participation in the shooting of the death of D’Shon Brown, 22. Brown is a grandson of State Representative C. Denise Marcelle.

The trio is booked at the parish prison in East Baton Rouge, faced with second -degree murder accusations.

Police claim that Williams had a previous arrest warrant via PD in New Orleans for killing principal to second degree.

Police have confirmed that the shooting took place in McDonald’s, located on the 6910 Airline highway near Prescott Road on Monday, January 20.

Employees responded and found Brown dead near his vehicle from firearms.

Murder detectives were notified and responded to the scene.

The motive for this shooting, which is still unknown at the time.
