New Orleans

Dave Daman has been appointed as Chief Creative Officer of PETERMEYER.

Daman has more than 20 years of experience in advertising, working on campaigns for brands such as Subaru, Timberland, Pepsi, Harley-Davidson and United Airlines. He most recently served as CCO of Buntin, a Nashville, Tennessee-based agency.

John Woodard was promoted to vice president of Sterling and will lead the firm’s New Orleans office.

Woodard, who joined Sterling full-time in 2020, has served as director of development and asset management. Prior to joining the company, he held a number of positions, including as an aide to U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise, R-Jefferson, and as White House liaison and special adviser to the U.S. Small Business Administration.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from LSU and a master’s degree in finance and real estate from the AB Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Woodard was LSU’s student body president when he was an undergraduate and is an adjunct professor at the Tulane School of Architecture.

Ryan Juneau was popularized by Sterling of Vice President of Asset Management.

Juno joined the company in 2013. He served as a project manager for multiple large-scale developments before transitioning to asset management in 2016.

Derek P. Brondum and Matthew J. Gaar joined the New Orleans office Kean Miller as partners Adv.

Brondum is in the federal, state and local tax groups.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from LSU, a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and an honors law degree and certificate in civil law from Tulane University School of Law. Brondum is a CPA and assistant professor of accounting at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Gaar practices with the Offshore Energy and Maritime Litigation Group.

He earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from LSU and a law degree with honors and a diploma in maritime law from Tulane University School of Law.
