Arizona Cardinals make final moves against Miami Dolphins – Sports Illustrated

ARIZONA — The Arizona Cardinals have made their final roster moves before a Week 8 matchup with the Miami Dolphins.

The Cardinals promoted DL Ben Stille and CB Divaad Wilson from the practice squad as standard promotions.

Arizona saw Still record his first sack of the season in a win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night. Wilson has not played in a game for Arizona this season.

Both practice squad players will help fill out depth Sunday in Miami as the Cardinals rule out Roy Lopez (ankle), Sean Murphy-Bunting (neck) and Darius Robinson (hamstring/calf) ahead of action.

Arizona lists Kelvin Beachum (groin) as questionable.

Isaiah Adams, Marvin Harrison Jr., Christian Jones, Max Melton and Owen Pappu were all on the injury report before that, but they’ve been sidelined and are ready.

As for the Dolphins, they made the following moves, according to SI’s Dolphins’ Alain Poupart:

In a nutshell, Tua Tagovailoa is officially on the 53-man roster, Skylar Thompson will be his backup and his only backup against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, with CJ Beathard replacing Tim Boyle as the third option.

“The Dolphins’ moves on Saturday saw the Dolphins activate Tagovailoa to the 53-man roster and release Boyle, along with elevating DT Neil Farrell Jr. and LS Matt Overton from the practice squad for the game against the Cardinals.”

The full Miami injury report:

OUTSIDE – Kader Kohou (neck), Zach Sieler (eye)

DOUBTFUL – Mallard (ankle)

SUSPICIOUS – Tua Tagovailoa (concussion), Tyreek Hill (foot)

Official inactives will be posted 90 minutes prior to kickoff on Sunday.
