Soggy Start of the Week in North Texas – NBC DFW

The unacceptable time is back for the first half of the coming week. Two disturbances will be driven in northern Texas, wearing many circles of rain.

The week will start with grim conditions on Monday with possible scattered showers.

The widespread rain is expected by Tuesday and again on Wednesday morning. Part of this rain can be moderate to heavy at times. With the land that is still saturated by the recent rain, a localized flood will be possible. Always remember: turn, don’t drown.

Much of North Texas, including Metroplex, will dial 1 to 2 inches of rain. The highest amounts of rain in East Texas are expected, where 2 to 4 inches are possible.
