When it comes to Halloween costumes, Madison LeCroy never disappoints.
The Southern charm cast member went viral last year when she and her husband, Brett Randall, recreated an iconic scene from Newlywedsthe great reality show that followed the lives of ex-couple Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey. Yes, the look was relatively simple, but the concept proved to be a big hit as it offered a dose of nostalgia and reflected Madison and Brett’s new chapter as a married couple.
Needless to say, the two set the bar pretty high… and they managed to jump it in 2024.
Madison and Brett dress up as Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers
On Friday, October 25, Madison returned to social media to reveal her and Brett’s Halloween weekend costumes. Madison and Brett continued the comeback theme by targeting country music legends Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers, respectively.
The Charleston couple took inspiration from the singers’ memorable 1980s publicity photo, with Brett wearing a simple navy suit and white button-down shirt, as well as gray hair and a fake full beard. Madison stepped out in a stunning long-sleeve sequined semi-sheer dress with sparkly chandelier earrings, heavy eye makeup and Dolly’s signature hairdo.
Madison jokes that she’s kept her Dolly Parton look “until the end of days [her] life”
“Islands in the Stream. This is us,” Madison captioned an Instagram post, quoting lines from Dolly and Kenny’s 1983 duet “Islands In the Stream.”
Madison shared a closer look at the outfit in an Oct. 25 TikTok video filmed in her glamorous room. The mother-of-one was seen holding a curling iron and a make-up brush as she lip-synced a memorable Dolly quote: “You have to get up at 5 for hair, do your hair and then you have to be in make-up at 6. I have to be in suit in 7…”
“Y’all will be seeing me in this glow for the rest of my life!” she captioned the video.
Madison shares an update on her and Brett’s baby plans
2024 marked Madison and Brett’s second Halloween as a married couple. The couple married in November 2022, just months after moving into a home in Charleston with Madison’s young son, Hudson.
Since then on Southern charm-er has repeatedly expressed her desire to expand her family. While she hasn’t given a specific timeline for a potential pregnancy, she recently said Well! News it may happen “soon”.
“I’m trying,” she revealed at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Oct. 15. “I’m definitely hoping to have another baby soon… It’s going to be different. Am I pregnant? Wow!”
