The ECE seminar is designed to engage students in their discipline. Although many topics are specific to electrical and computer engineering, all members of the campus community are welcome to attend.

Refreshments are provided by the ECE department. Join us at 10:30am every Wednesday to connect and enter. Out of respect for our speakers, please arrive on time.

October 9: This week our guest speaker is Dr. Nazmus Saqib, Assistant Professor of Information Technology at Kennesaw State University. Dr. Saqib’s research is dedicated to harnessing the potential of technology to revolutionize healthcare and enhance the learning experience. Join us to learn more about how his research is using AI to advance healthcare.

October 23: ECE Workshop Features Dr. Mark Shaw. We’re hosting special guest Mark Shaw, Digital Ecosystem and Platform Strategist at HP.

November 1:ECE Seminar invited special guest speaker Dr. Hanseup Kim, Chair of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Utah. Hanseup Kim received his BS degree in electrical engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, in 1997 and his MS and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2003 and 2006, respectively.
