South Carolina vs Kentucky College of Basketball Visualization

I would be glad to bet Kentucky here. Saturday is an excellent place to buy a purchase for Wildcats after four losses in the last five games and it should be easy to flood the worst SEC team at home.

That’s what I said, I don’t think I can do it.

For starters, Kentucky is a high -option team that tends to play up and down to competition.

Mark Pope’s elite violation, based on movement, supports Wildcats in elite competition games.

Yet, the Wildcats’s endless internal protection allows the lower opponents to hang around and, especially when they continue to be fooled in the battle for a shot (-29 goal field in the conference game, 11th in SEC , for CBB Analytics).

As such, they are 4-1 ATs as insufficient, but 7-10 ATs as favorites. Most recently, they lost directly as favorites against Vanderbilt and Arkansas.

Meanwhile, South Carolina continues to hang out with better teams. Gamecocks recently covered themselves against Auburn (losing three points such as double -digit dogs), Florida (one point loss as double -digit “dogs), Mississippi (loss of overtime) and Texas A&M.

Gamecocks are often up to date with SEC elites, slowing the game and blurring it, and this will be important against the crime in Kentucky.

Of greater importance, the protection of deep drops for the dropout of South Carolina is elite with the refusal of catch and a shot, which is crucial to Drituki to perform kentucky and launch action outside the ball.

Gamecocks’ defensive structure forces opponents of methodically creating a dribble in a ball that Wildcats is not convenient to do, especially with Kerr Crees and Lamont Butler (doubtful, shoulder), sideways with injuries.

Jaxson Robinson (undisclosed) is also in question about this game.

At the other end of the Carolina Court, Carolina conducts a methodical crime for the movement of the interior, which feeds almost everything through Collin Murray-Boyles in the post.

Gamecocks perform very high-down, inside out, cutting and posting actions that all have to play against the brutal post-up in Kentucky (allowed .93 PPP, 23rd Persentiles, Synergy) and movable (1.17 PPP authorized , 13th Percentiles, Synergy) Protection.

Amari Williams is a super universal offensive weapon as a center in the Pope’s insult, but I think it is vulnerable from the other end.

Plus, Brandon Garrison Reserve Center is a rim sieve. Wildcats is ranked 16th in SEC in a 2-point shooting for a reason (59%, Kenpom).

From a schematic point of view, I like South Carolina. But the situational site keeps me far-it’s almost a “mandatory win” for kentucky and Wildcats could demolish the lower Gamecocks at home with enough motivation, especially if the 3 fall.
