Upscale Mediterranean restaurant Arboleda has closed a year and a half after opening in Scottsdale Quarter, a shopping center in north Scottsdale.

The restaurant has not publicly announced the closing on its social media, but The Restaurant Brokers, who represent the owners, confirmed that Arboleda has closed.

With a living olive tree in the center of the dining room, Arboleda serves food inspired by Spain, Italy, Greece and Morocco.

San Francisco restaurateurs Björn Kock and brothers Mitchell and Steven Rosenthal have created a menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes to share, including crudo, pasta and paella.
