FreMont, Ohio – Fremont’s city school teacher has been arrested on charges of participating in inappropriate relationships with a minor student.

31-year-old Alan “AJ” Mehloh was removed by police at Fremont on Tuesday night and accused of a sexual battery, a third-degree crime.

He is currently being held in the Sanduski County Prison at a $ 50,000 bond, with additional fees expected after a complete review of the big jury.

The allegations for the first time emerged in mid -January, which caused Mehloh to be placed on administrative leave by Fremont City schools for violating the Code of Conduct in the area.

Dennis Hirt’s chief confirmed that Mehloro, who teaches at Fremont Ross High School, is instructed to stay away from school property and has no contact with the student or someone related to the student.

Fremont police chief Derek Weinger said additional fees are expected, including additional sexual battery and forged evidence as the investigation progresses.

No further details have been published on the alleged relationship or the identity of the participating student at this time.

Authorities are expected to provide additional information after the review of the big jury.
