Reno, NV (February 7, 2025) – A pedestrian was fatally wounded after being hit by a LN Kietzke car, south of Moana LN, on Thursday night. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly before 9:00 pm after reports on the vehicle against the pedestrian collision, according to News 4 & Fox 11.

The pedestrians received life -threatening injuries to the scene and were transported to a nearby hospital. Despite medical efforts, pedestrians succumbed to their injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital.

The Renault Police Investigation Team is currently investigating the crash. Authorities confirmed that the participating driver remained at the scene and cooperated entirely with the investigation. Preliminary findings show that speed and damage do not seem to contribute factors to the incident.
