To the north 580 opens after a crash involving seven cars – Kolo

Reno, Nev. (Kolo) – Update at 11:51 in the morning: NHP says the Northbound 580 has already opened again.

The crash included a total of seven cars, but only resulted in minor injuries to NHP.

The crash has been reported to be caused by debris on the highway, leading to a chain reaction of crashes.

The Nevada highway patrol says that at about 7:40 h. On Friday, a Truckee Meadows County Fire District reacted to a previous crash when Subaru driver was going too fast for conditions, lost control and rammed into the truck.
