Homemade ‘Bread & Jam’ brings unique Lubbock scents – KCBD

Lubbock, Texas (KCBD) – A new endeavor in Lubbock offers fresh bread, sweet and variety of other treats.

Bread & Jam, a collaboration between Kelle Barnard and Todd Hassel, combining its passion for quality ingredients and handmade food.

Since its opening in August 2024, business has quickly become a place for those looking for something different.

Kele Barnard, who has been making batches of congestion for more than 15 years, and Todd Hassel, a former chef, who turned Baker, united to share his love for food with the community.

Their partnership combines their individual experience in a unique menu of freshly baked bread, homemade jams and other local favorites.

“We really want people to come in and experience the taste of the home, to experience the taste of Europe; Just taste it, ”said Kele Barnard.

“Last year, I would never think we would have this space. That we will open our doors and meet so many new fun people, “she said.

The duo focuses on making each dish with care, using quality ingredients to create memorable scents.

“When you meet Kele and I and you understand the passion we have to help our community,” said Todd Hassel.

Located on 5507 126th street, they are open on Thursday and Friday from 12:00 to 18:00
