The Red Raiders (5-2, 3-1) and Horned Frogs (4-3, 2-2) will start at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth. Texas Tech is coming off a humbling 59-35 loss at home to Baylor, while TCU edged Utah for a 13-7 road win last week.
