Murder/suicide claims that mother and 3 children in Chesapik – newspaper

Chesapike’s police department revealed that the “murder/suicide” killed in February 6th were the mother and her three children.

CPD reported that around 6:54 on Thursday morning, officers responded to a welfare check at the Welcome Road 3000 Block. The employees have contacted the occupant who was barricaded and armed, according to police.

According to CPD, employees immediately establish a perimeter and try to negotiate. Meanwhile, the SWAT negotiators and the hostages were sent to the scene. Later in the incident, the authorities were aware that there were children who were potentially injured or dead inside. “Given the emergency, the SWAT team has made an emergency entry,” CPD said.

By the time the officers entered, they found that three children had been killed, including 14-year-old and 5-year-old twins, CPD said. “The suspect in the incident, who also committed suicide, is the mother of the children,” the department said. This woman was identified as the 34-year-old kimone King-Roberson by Chesapike.

The CPD said preliminary findings suggest that it was killed by a self -inflicted firearm wound.
