New Temporary Home for Emergency Treatment Center in Birmingham – BBC.com

Emergency Treatment Center (UTC) moved to a third new home within less than 12 months.

Initially known as Warren Farm UTC in Kinggenge, he had to move to Erdington when a dangerous RAAC concrete was found on the roof.

But threats to the staff and the band -related conflict there forced NHS to rethink and now move to the hospital for good hope of Birmingham.

The Health Service said this was a temporary relocation until a strategic review of all UTC in Birmingham and Solihul was completed.

UTC has moved from the Kinggenge area to Birmingham at High Street in Erdington in June.

But the NHS report states that there are increasing concerns about safety “in terms of increasing antisocial behavior, violence and other serious criminal activity” of the new site.

He transferred to Good Hope Hospital on Wednesday, and NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board (ICB) said he would give patients and staff “better security and more modern facilities”.

Faraton Button, CEO for delivery to the ICD, said: “I want to emphasize that this is a temporary relocation that has been done extraordinary and this decision is not the one that is made lightly.”

ICB said the Standing House would be agreed as part of the strategic review, which was still in its preliminary stage.
