LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A fatal wrong-way crash is causing delays on US 95 in the East Valley Friday morning,
According to Nevada State Police, the crash happened on northbound US 95 near Charleston Boulevard around 2:52 a.m. The initial investigation determined that two vehicles were involved, one of which was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes.
A woman passenger in the at-fault vehicle died on the spot while several others were taken to nearby hospitals.
State troopers closed the northbound lanes of US 95 between Charleston and Boulder Freeway, but the roads have since reopened.
