The Wisconsin High School football body approves changes in playoff qualification – on3.com

The Wisconsin Athletic Association Council agreed to change the qualification of playoffs for football teams in the high school. The 10-1 decision approved a proposal from the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association to follow an indicator based on victories for playoffy slots.

Prior to the approved change, Wisconsin football teams must win over 50 percent of their playoff qualification conference games. From there, a controversial computer algorithm, which can leave room for dispute and dispute, determines sowing.
