Ex -son of South Carolina QB Stephen Garcia is following in his footsteps to Tampa Jefferson – Sports Illustrated

From time to time, Stephen Garcia was one of the best discounts in Florida when it came to football in high school.

The former Gamekok in South Carolina has acquired a star high school career with Dragons in Tampa Jefferson, finishing 506-on-821 missing for 8,081 yards and 83 touchdowns.

Now his son will follow in his footsteps and become the dragon himself.

On Wednesday, junior defender Memphis Garcia announced that he was transferring from Steinbrener to Jefferson, ending the feat of his father’s Alma Mater game.

The younger Garcia is coming out of the playoffs season with Warriors, in which the junior ends 130 to 207 misses for 1426 yards, 11 touchdowns and 13 intercepts.

“I think it’s pretty great,” Stephen Garcia said that his son is turning into a dragon. “It’s actually funny. I spoke to Spencer coach, who is the office coach there and he was one of my first coaches when I started playing youth football for the citrus park’s bills. And then when I got to Jefferson, he started training there like E.

When Garcia graduated Jefferson in the mid-2000s, he left the Hilsborough County as a leader of all time, leading the program to multiple playoffs. He continued to play in South Carolina, in which the older Garcia ended his collegial career, throwing over 7500 yards and 47 touchdowns.

Now his son will head to Jefferson with a family heritage to deal with, but let the legendary Jefferson defender know that he does not expect something to just be given to his son and that he will have to win it.

“The amount of players who have gone through this program is not innumerable,” added the elder Garcia. “Not only the discounts, but also the talent that goes through these holes in Jefferson are crazy. I loved my time there and still keep in touch with a bunch of old teammates. I want him to create his own heritage and create his own path.

He has really good coaches and a really good maintenance cast around him, but he has to do what he is able to do. Nothing is or should be given. I am super excited for him and the team and will help where I can successful the teams. ”
