The new Reno restaurant serves a prize menu filled with a fresh Mediterranean tariff that is prepared in the house using authentic ingredients and family recipes that have been passed down for generations. Arya-Sande grew up in Iran, where at an early age he develops a passion for Persian and Mediterranean cuisine. Arya-Sande first fell in love with the great Greek Mediterranean grill while he was at the PA school. She visits the original place of the founders in Henderson as it was a hot spot to meet friends to study and eat. Before the restaurant started franchising, she always thought she had to expand to Renault and was excited that she and Sande would be the ones who would do just that.

As a local life, Sande spent 10 years working with his father John Sande III and building his imprint on Renault as a lawyer before he branched to start his own law and lobbying company, Argentum Partners. Sande graduated from a Bachelor of Arts for Economics and Political Science from Stanford University, where he also plays football, and most supported his team in the Rose Bowl competition in 2000. He later won his right from the University of Santa Clara and returns At home in Nevada, to continue his career.
