His condemnation stems from the shooting on the pool Street, which left Javaris Miller Dead and another person with serious injuries in April 2021 on the pool Street, according to the statement.

On April 29, 2021, police officers in Talahasi were sent to pool 1010 Street due to firing. After officers arrived, the press release said that the officers had learned that the two victims, one of them were Miller, were already on the way to the Talahasi Memorial Hospital.

Miller, however, died as a result of his injuries, while the other victim survived after what the State Prosecutor’s Office called “long and difficult recovery.”

The more current investigation identified Hill, who was 18 years old at the time, as a suspected shooting of State Prosecutor Jack Campbell.

After executing a search order at Hill’s home, a state lawyer said that detectives were located a rifle caliber pistol used during the shooting.

Witnesses and footage of the bell’s bell’s camera also revealed that Hill was a passenger of a vehicle passing through the parking lot of the pool Street and began firing to the victims area, according to the press release.

Hill fired numerous shots out the window before accelerating the complex, according to the statement.

The driver of the vehicle, which the State Prosecutor described as Naomi Jackson, was later arrested. She is a friend of Hill, according to the press release.

Jackson told the law enforcement agencies that she and Hill were in Quincy on the day of the shooting, visiting friends. While in Quincy, Hill and others, they began to “discuss preliminary murder and the need to avenge it,” the newspaper writes.

Jackson has been charged with two charges of an accessory following the fact of his role in Miller’s murder, according to the State Prosecutor’s Office.

Her case is still in anticipation in the District Court of Leon County.
