San Bernardino, California – in collaboration with San Bernardino County, The Element Element Group of San Bernardino County (SBC Element Element Group) has created a series of workshops designed to increase the number of enterprises owned by minorities that can gain access to the millions of dollars in contracts that the county will outsource this year.

The purpose of the event “Employment of enterprises owned by minorities: Your 101 Guide to Success of a Bidding Agreement” is to equip the participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to increase your chances of winning district treaties.

“The SBC Element Element Group is committed to creating a more just and inclusive San Bernardino county. These seminars are intended to help people with access to color and increase the number and amount of contracts obtained through the order award process, “said Rev. George Lamb, chairman of SBC Element Element Group.

Goals of the seminar:
