Santa Fe Police Arrest accused of firing a pellet in the store – AOL

Santa Fe, NM (Krqe)-Police Department of Santa Fe arrested 24-year-old Jeffrey Rodriguez-Henndez, who was charged with shooting at a store, and accused him of aggravated attack with a deadly weapon. Employees were sent to the HomeGoods store on Paseo de Peralta on Tuesday morning to the messages of rifles.

Employees have determined that this is a pellet pistol and reported that there were no injuries. The windows in the store were damaged. Later, Rodriguez-Hernandez was in a home and arrested. According to the criminal complaint, he asked for work, and when he was told that he had no positions available, he left the store and started shooting.

Rodriguez-Henndez is loaded with three aggravated battery with deadly weapons, shooting on or by a motor vehicle and criminal damage to the property. Police said he also had three active orders for his arrest.
