The New Jersey Transport Ministry has issued restrictions on commercial vehicles on many interstate highways starting at midnight. The agency also warned that untreated surfaces could develop black ice, increasing the risk of accidents. “If you need to drive, plan extra time to travel, Obey publishes speed restrictions and leave a lot of space between vehicles,” NJDOT said.
