Fremont Basketball Team of FreMont’s girls recorded their 20th consecutive WMC-Lakes victory on Tuesday night.

The Packs directed Ludington 56-33 to give them the lead of the game at the right of the conference.

“I thought we played our best defensive game for the season,” said Fremont coach Peter Zerfas. “We adjusted our press to different style, contested photos, did not allow drives and bounced well.”

The papers came out to swing 18-2 in the first quarter and led by 29-12 at the half.

Orioles crashed after the break, but they couldn’t find an advantage. The papers led 41-22 after the third quarter and traveled to the end.

Packers’ Mia Clemence has published a double-spirit of 20 points and 10 rebounds. Riley Chase scored 11 points and grabbed seven rebounds while Taylor Decuper added nine points, 11 rebounds and six assists.

Also, Anna Norris scored five points.

Fremont (14-2 as a whole, 8-0 WMC-Lakes) host Orchard View to play in the League on Thursday.

Ludington (11-5, 7-2 WMC-Lakes) will visit the decents on Thursday for the conference actions.
