Pet of the Week: Meet Jack, Dutch Shepherd Mix – KGNS

Laredo, Tex. (KGNS)- The home week of the week is Jack, 3- to a 4-month-old Dutch shepherd’s mix of animal care services in Laredo.

Jack has a special story. He was nourished as a puppy after his mother died. He is now in foster care and ready for adoption. He is calm, well behaves and knows how to sit. He also learns to command.

Jack’s coat is a mix of black and brown and is expected to grow into a large dog.

Many other puppies, accessible to adoption, have many other puppies.

This Saturday, February 8th, the shelter hosts a Pawlentine adoption event at noon where you can meet Jack and other animals looking for homes. They also hold a newborn puppy and a kitten care presentation to help people learn how to care for pets fed bottles.
