“Send someone as soon as possible,” said the Las Vegas man at 911 before the police fatally shoot him at his home – AOL

A man who was fatally shot by Las Vegas police after calling 911 during a home invasion, pleads employees to arrive “ASAP”, fearing that the offender would “kill”.

In the recorded audio from the emergency call on November 12, first received from a branch of CNN KVVU, the victim, Brandon Durham, 43 years old, told a police dispatcher that he was afraid of his life after hearing what he described as sounds of Weapons fired around the front and side of his home.

With a muted voice, Durham answered the questions of the dispatcher for more than seven minutes, while fiercely responded to noises coming from the outside. In the middle of the conversation, he said he could know who the offender was.

“They are inside. They come. They are trying to blow up the house with gas, “Durham said on the line only moments before being caught in a confrontation with the offender and then shot by police.

Cameras worn out of the body by reacting officers released by police showed that Durham and Alejandra Budro-who later told the authorities that he was in casual relations with Durm-in physical struggle seconds before Durham was shot.

The audio call caught the six rounds that were fired in Durham by police officer Alexander Bukman and the piercing shouts by another person in the house.

At an additional call 911 shortly before the police arrive, Durham’s neighbor tells another dispatcher that someone outside Durham’s house “destroy the top of his car” outside and uses bricks to open the front entrance of the house. The neighbor also shared details about the offender’s outfit, saying they wore a hood, hat and dark pants.

The suspected offender, the 31 -year -old Budr, faces numerous accusations, including an attack with a deadly weapon, a domestic invasion of a deadly weapon, domestic violence and violence against children.

In an interview with police, Budro admitted that he felt suicide in the days leading to the home invasion and hoped that she would be shot and killed by police, according to the arrest report.

Boudreaux is held in the Clark County Prison and will appear before a judge on November 25th. CNN works to identify whether Boudreaux has a legal representation.

“Father’s life was torn off while the daughter was ‘down in the hall’

Durham’s sister said his 15-year-old daughter was at home when she was shot.

“He was all about her,” said Diane Wright. “His life was torn while she was in the hall in her room while his life was taken from him – after calling for help as he had to do as a good citizen would do.”

When Durham called the police, he informed them that he was in his home with his teenage Dau Ghter, according to Sofia police in Las Vegas.

Wright, Durham’s sister, said her brother called to “defend herself, to protect her daughter, and we all see what the result was.”

For Durham’s sister, the “tragic” way her brother’s life was taken is still pursuing her.

Wright says she can’t get her brother’s image out of her head after looking at footage from a camera worn out of the body by responded to employees who show her 43-year-old brother on the night of the incident.

“Seeing the gaze of his face, it’s completely heartbreaking,” she said.

Police

The incident is the 13th shooting this year, which includes a capital police officer in Las Vegas and the eighth, which led to fatality, authorities said.

Durham’s family called for Bookman’s arrest, a response employee, but a lawyer’s lawyer said his client had not committed a crime. Bookman is currently on paid administrative leave, waiting for the results of an internal investigation, which authorities have said may take months.

Police also noted a separate call from 911 at Durham’s house on the day before Durham was shot dead, saying in an arrest report that in the early hours of November 11, “Durham called the police and Budro agreed to leave the house.”

In an interview with Sarah Sidner in Sidner on Thursday, Durham Lee Merith’s family lawyer said the previous call should be familiar with the police with all the parties involved.

“So they would be familiar with the actors. This worsens this 10 times worse, “said Merrit, saying that the police had acted with negligence and negligence.

“Not only did they get a description of the intruder tonight – someone wearing a ski mask, someone wearing a hood – not only is there a description of Brandon himself, g -n Durm … But it seems that the law enforce are which the law enforcement officers who, whom who are employees who are the law enforcement officers who who are law enforcement officials responded tonight were already familiar with these actors, and that drives the homeowner’s firing in Their home when they made a 911 call so less tolerable, “said Merrit.
