Eloy, Ariz. (Kvoa) – Friends of a Gilbert man who died in a parachute incident in Elo, share stories about how he was a man and the brand he left on them.

Forty -six -year -old Sean Bowen was a friend of many.

Friends News 4 Tucson talks to Wednesday, saying it is a keen parachute that has been full of life and they are sad to understand that they will never see it again.

“Sean was someone who was really bigger than life,” said Brett Colon, Bowen’s friend.

“He was brilliant. He was compassionate,” said Christina Shannon, also a friend of Bowen.

Just a few of the loving words from Bowen’s friends. His life was shortened after an incident with parachutes on Saturday Elo.

“He was passionate about anything if he was passionate about something that was all about,” said Matt Connor, Bowen’s best friend.

And this included parachuting, Connor said that when Bowen was not busy being a deputy chief security officer for Microsoft information, Bowen would gravitate to the sky, but he took his job seriously.

“A really strong voice advocate for cybersecurity. He poured into paternity. He poured himself, he poured himself that he was the best spouse. The best air man while he was active in the Air Force,” Connor explained.

Christina Shannon says she met Bowen through her shared career. She says he loved to conduct podcasts, even if she pushing Shannon to walk past her comfort zone.

“He thought I would be really good at doing a podcast. And I said,” I don’t know because I’m talking fast and blackening. “I probably made seven or eight now,” Shannon said.

It is still difficult for Bowen’s friends to believe that he is gone.

“It’s still surreal. I still have the feeling that if I come across something interesting, I want to send him a text,” Connor said.

“There was a noticeable impact from having it in your life,” said Brett Conon, Bowen’s friend.

Friends say Bowen leaves behind a wife and two children under the age of six.
