Two teachers before K in Baton Rouge released leave after making a video of their students who fight – the lawyer

Two teachers before K in Riveroaks Elementary at Baton Rouge were put on paid leave after a parent complained to the school for battle among students who were one of the teachers filmed on video and laughed about it, not to intervene.

Teachers who have not been identified will remain waiting for the investigation into the incident, said school district officials.

Lamont Cole, head of the public school in East Baton Rouge, said his blood was after watching the video of the fight. He said two employees made “bad decisions”. Their actions are isolated and contradict the way thousands of employees of the district work.

“We expect our employees to behave at the highest level of professionalism and when they decide not to do it, there are consequences,” Cole said.

The video, he said, showed many preschool children who jump to another pre -school while adults watched instead of interfering.

“It’s beyond disappointing,” Cole said. “It’s downright disgusting.”

He damaged the teachers for letting the battle start with it.
