A man detained in the parish of West Baton Rouge in connection with the murder in Florida – the lawyer

A man considered a man interested in murder in Florida was detained Wednesday in the parish of West Baton Rouge, authorities said.

The 41 -year -old Jalma Gordon was detained after stopping traffic in the western Interstate 10 just after 1 am, the west Batton Rouge sheriff’s office reported.

He was removed on behalf of the Sarasota Police Department in connection with an investigation into killings there.

Sarasota police said the murder was discovered after officers had inspected the welfare of a residence around 8:00 pm Tuesday. They found an elderly woman dead and concluded that a murder had happened.

Sarasota police claim that they do not believe it is a random meeting.

In their investigation, Sarasota’s employees described Gordon as a person.
