On Sept. 22, Jamarcus McIntrye was killed and two others were wounded in a shooting in the 700 block of 81st Place South just after 9:20 p.m.

In addition, Lollar and McDaniel are charged with three counts of attempted murder, and Rollins is charged with trafficking heroin.
All four men are being held in the Jefferson County Jail without bond.
On the night of the shooting, officers responded to a Shot Spotter call and found an elderly man lying unresponsive on the sidewalk and an elderly woman in the front yard, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service personnel arrived on scene and pronounced the male victim, later identified as McIntyre, dead.
The injured woman was transported to UAB hospital without any danger to her life.
Police were later notified that a third shooting victim, an elderly man, had arrived at St. Vincent’s East Hospital in a private vehicle.
