By james art Partner Valuation Advisors continues to expand its leadership team with the addition of Jeff Colton, MAI, who joins the California firm as EVP. A multifamily project specialist with experience in the Western US, Colton is based in Partner Valuation Advisors’ Southern California office in Irvine.
Colton most recently worked at Cushman & Wakefield. She began her career in the senior living community sector, focusing on independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.
“Partner Valuation Advisors is in a unique position to provide clients with a holistic perspective on real estate, leveraging our data and interactions with investors across the country to provide better advisory services to those clients,” Colton said.
