Employees injured after rescuing a man who jumped in Channel Scottsdale near WM Phoenix Open – 12News.com KPNX

An employee was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Scottsdale, Ariz. – Two employees were injured after saving a man who jumped into a channel near the open -ended Phoenix Open waste, according to police officers in Scottsdale.

Five officers reacted after the man jumped into the canal near Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and Greenway Hayden Loop. Two officers were injured by a small line and one was taken to a nearby hospital, employees said.

The man who jumped into the channel was arrested and also taken to a hospital for treatment.
