Anthony Davis makes an honest statement by Kiri Irving after the Dallas Maverix trade – Sports Illustrated

On Tuesday night, Dallas Maverix will play 76ers in Philadelphia.

Before the match, Anthony Davis (who does not play) met the media for the first time as a member of MAVS.

He was asked about his new teammate (Kiri Irving).

Davis: “Me and Kai talked about it, I think in 2018, when I asked for a New Orleans trade … We want to play next to each other for a very long time and now we have the opportunity to do it.”
