Jaguar concludes M&E Deal in Gilbert – FMJ

Jaguar Building Services won a new mechanical and electricity contract with CBRE at Gilbert for a three -year term.

After a significant renovation in 2021, Gilbert, located on Finsbury Square, London EC2, consists of extensive common work and social space, offering its users green spaces and fabulous roof terraces with impressive views in the city center.

The contract will be monitored by Elliot Taylor, account manager, with Tom Amos as a business unit leader.

Taylor said of the contract award: “Gilbert is a fantastic building and Jaguar has the expertise and technical experience needed for this type of structure. I look forward to continuing our partnership with CBRE and to ensure that our M&A decision is as innovative and energy efficient. “
