Dei is prohibited for Texas campuses, but CRT is still going to Texas Tech – Newsradio 740 KTRH

Just when you think the critical theory of race (CRT) is outside Texas Colleges and Universities? He’s back!

This is happening at Texas Tech, with a course entitled “Diversity and Cultural Competence at the Workplace”, part of the school’s curriculum to support those students who follow a bachelor’s degree in human resources.

“They indeed, really emphasize the application of the critical theory of race in a work environment,” said Luka Kakitore, a journalist at Texas Scorecard. All this is part of the radical left agenda to hug the CRT.

But what about the law?

“Since the law at the moment does not cover the Kakitore curriculum in front of KTRH. In the latest legislative session, SB 17 was signed in a law banning all DEI initiatives on Texas Campuses at College.

“They obey the law, the law simply does not cover the curricula” noted Kakitore “, it covers the offices of DEI, they hire practices and who actually enters the universities. But once you enter, they can teach you all these things.”

This is a door that the state senator, Brandon Creyton, hopes to close during the current legislative session.

We contacted Texas Tech and the Dean of Communication Research and University Research, Dr. Patrick Hughes, but we didn’t get an answer.
