PHOENIX — The Spooktacular Hot Air Balloon Festival returns to Salt River Fields in Scottsdale this weekend.
The annual Halloween-themed event begins Friday and runs from 5 to 9 p.m. through Sunday. The event will feature over 20 hot air balloons from across the country, while also hosting additional activities designed for children of all ages.
Each balloon will also serve as a trick-or-treat station as more than 4,000 pounds of candy will be given away.
A free children’s zone will have 30 slides and rides, including bouncy houses and an obstacle course.
