Kathleen McLeroy was born in Dallas, Texas. On May 20, 1955, of Margaret Ann, Esbel McLari and Robert Li McLroi died on January 27, 2025 in Gainesville, Tex.

Katie was raised in Gainesville and graduated from Gainesvil High School in 1973. She graduated from the University of Texas with a major in speech pathology and at the University of North Texas with a Master’s Degree in Audiology. Her career included work for ENT doctors and independently in her own business. She starts working in Sherman, Texas. For Dr. Frank Luni and later, the Plano hearing aid company begins. She has also been working for the veterans administration in Belton, Texas for several years. She has been working for EntiFic for several years, helping surgeons at ENT surgically placed cochlear implants in the operating room for patients with severe hearing loss. Its sales numbers were the best in the United States for one year and the best in the world of the next. In the end, she moved to Pendaries Village, Nm, working for Alta Vista Hospital in Las Vegas, NM, until her retirement.

Katie was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at 25 years old. They told her she would live at the best of about 30 years. She struggles with an independent life until this becomes impossible. Her determination and perseverance were the inspiration for many who knew her.

Katie was an engaged Christian who believed in the salvation of his soul through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

She was preceded by death by her parents, Dr. Robert Lee McLroey and Margaret Ann, Elbel McLeroy; And her sister Rebecca SEFER.

She survived her brothers and sisters, Dr. Robert R. McLeari and his wife melody, Patricia Pure and husband Ralph of Arlington, Texas, and Lian Santon and husband Ken or Las Vegas, Nev; Numerous cousins, nephews and nephews, wonderful friends and her pet cowboy.
