Garbage truck driver charged at Ave. Crash Ave.

Boise, Idaho (CBS2) – The Boise Police Department has charged the driver for a car truck truck after a fatal crash with a Warm Springs Ave motorcyclist. Last year.

The crash happened on September 9, 2024. 56-year-old Jose Alfaro Rosalez was driving a garbage truck on the path of S. Millbrook when he entered the intersection with Warm Springs Ave. According to police, Rosales entered the intersection, failing to fail to not give the way to 73-year-old John Liller, who was driving a motorcycle at the time.

Liller collided with the garbage truck, dying at the scene.

The Police Violence Division at Boyz and the Crash Reconstruction team have completed a full investigation into the crash. Rosales has been charged with violation of vehicles.
