Former President Donald Trump plans to hold a rally in Madison Square Garden this weekend, kicking off an “arena tour” as he visits battleground states in a final push before Election Day, a campaign official said.
The event at MSG is set for Sunday, October 27, NBC News previously reported. The event starts at 5 p.m. Doors open five hours early.
Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. People can only register for two. Details here.
Trump first teased a possible increase in MSG in April.
“We believe we will hold a rally in Madison Square Garden,” Trump said at the time. “We are thinking of signing a contract with Madison Square Garden. We’re going to have a big rally honoring the police, firefighters and everyone else. We will be honoring many people, including teachers among others.”
“We’re going to honor the people who make New York work,” Trump said.
